We will work with your letting or managing agent and keep them on-side and appraised of the situation at all times. 

The vast majority of our investors retain the existing letting/ managing agent for a seamless transition. 

Reassuring the agent of this does help a lot with the process of obtaining documentation & gaining access to the property when required.
